Dr. Ajit Menon Inside Edge Advisory Founder

Dr. Ajit Menon brings over two decades of experience advising boards and executive teams through complex transformations. Formerly Head of People & Organisation (Chief People Officer) at Investec plc, he has also held senior roles at KPMG and founded a successful consulting practice. Ajit teaches on postgraduate programmes at the London School of Economics, University College London, and the Tavistock & Portman NHS Foundation Trust, and was recently appointed Pro-Chancellor of the University of Essex. He is widely published including co-author of What Lies Beneath: How Organisations Really Work (Phoenix, 2021) and is recognised for his ability to combine psychological insight with commercial impact.

Jack Pijl Inside Edge Advisory Founder

Jack Pijl has more than 20 years’ experience in organisation development and executive coaching. He has worked with global boards and leadership teams to align strategy, and accelerate performance, while coaching senior leaders through critical transitions. His expertise bridges cultural change, and leadership development. Jack’s hallmark is his ability to create clarity in complex environments and to guide leaders with rigour, empathy, and foresight. He is an experienced psychotherapist and brings this deep expertise to organisational contexts.

She has held senior roles in financial services and consulting, most recently as Global Head of Learning at Investec, where she led capability-building across AI, ESG, business skills and leadership worldwide. Her research and publications explore emotional self-regulation, relational leadership and thriving under uncertainty, and she is a regular speaker at leading business schools and international forums. She brings warmth and rigour to her work, helping leaders and teams reframe leadership as a deeply human, relational and transformational practice.

Karen is a leadership consultant, coach and facilitator recognised for creating transformative spaces where leaders access depth, courage and clarity. Veronica is an executive coach and organisational psychologist who helps senior leaders navigate transition with clarity and confidence. She began her career as a psychotherapist in Argentina before moving into leadership development at London Business School, and later designing and delivering partner-level programmes at KPMG. Her global experience spans Deloitte and Burberry, where she led leadership development across Europe and Asia. Her doctoral research explores self-criticism and the Impostor Phenomenon, themes she frequently encounters in coaching, and she has published and spoken widely on authentic confidence in leadership. Veronica blends psychological depth with commercial pragmatism, enabling leaders to move past self-doubt and step fully into their impact.
